Times & Seasons trains
Here you will find words and insight the Lord has provided me to share about the spiritual landscape. There are some directional words provided here for the time. However, it is my hope that from this window seat you will gain broader insight that encourages and empowers you in navigating the current and incoming times.

Scenic Trains
Scenic trains are experiential trains that venture to a past hilltop (or valley) that I have gained something from. I was told recently while receiving a word from someone that 'you could write books on what the Lord has done for you!' Oh, how true this word is! And so, from all of this, I have added these 'scenic' trains as a means to share some of my gained insight from the Lord. Each scenic train is unique and not connected in time or order. Although, they are timely in their release as the Lord prompts for each season.

My History
I am a Born-again Christian. I gave my life to Jesus when I was five.
(Yep, I do remember it vividly)
I was baptized by a Baptist preacher at a young age ,
in a cold Wisconsin river on an overcast Sunday afternoon. (It was glorious!)
I have attended a number of denomination variations since I was young.
However, all this does not mean I followed the Lord closely my entire life.
I have stuff, just like everybody else. More than some, less than others.
There are chapters I would rewrite if given the opportunity.
I am learning to be better at pressing forward, knowing I am covered in His grace. And I most certainly do not feel worthy of the gifts He has given me in this life.

My Foundation
I believe in the Trinity; Father God, Jesus Christ, and Holy Spirit.
(Ephesians 4:4-6 among many others)
Jesus IS Lord (Matthew 28:18)
He is as alive and active today, as he was from the beginning. (Hebrews 13:8)
We are under the new covenant, established by Jesus on the cross when He died and rose again. We are now under the grace of union, not law.
Yet, 2 Timothy 3:16-17 states that ALL the written word is good for teaching.
And Jesus states clearly (Matthew 5: 18) that not one 'jot' of the law will pass away until heaven and earth pass away and ALL is fulfilled.
(So yes, man is man and woman is woman, as the Lord made them.)

Anything beyond this seems trivial and related to denominational details,
of which will matter less and less.
